KOLAKA,WN—Sekda Kolaka Sulawesi Tenggara(Sultra) Akbar didampingi Asisten III Setda Kolaka Hj Andi Wahidah, Kepala Bappeda Kolaka Arifin Jamal, Kepala Dinas Sosial Muh Alfian, Kadis Kominfo Zainal Abidin, Ketua PWi Kolaka Abd Saban, para Camat Se Kabupaten Kolaka, pekerja sosial menggelar Rapat kordinasi(Rakordis) bersama Kemensos dilaksanakan di ruang rapat Sekda Kolak pada(22/4/2026).
Rakordis tersebut dari Kemensos memaparkan terkait bagaimna teknis konsolidasi program digitalisasi Bantuan sosoal(Bansos), yakni tanggungjawab Dinas Sosial(Dinsos), Disdukcapil dan Kominfo dalam mengesosialisikan digitalisasi terhadap Bansos,”ungkap Kemensos.
Kemensos juga menyampaikan bahwa untuk melakukan Aktivasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) dilakukan dengan mengunduh aplikasi “Identitas Kependudukan Digital” (Play Store/App Store), mengisi data NIK, email, dan nomor HP, lalu melakukan scan QR Code di Kantor Dukcapil, Kecamatan, atau Kelurahan. Proses ini memerlukan verifikasi wajah (liveness detection) dan kode aktivasi dari email.
Langkah-langkah Aktivasi IKD yakni Unduh Aplikasi: Unduh aplikasi IKD resmi (logo Kemendagri) di Google Play Store atau App Store. Registrasi Data: Buka aplikasi, isi NIK, email aktif, dan nomor HP, lalu klik tombol verifikasi data. Verifikasi Wajah: Lakukan swafoto (selfie) untuk verifikasi wajah (face recognition) di depan petugas atau di aplikasi. Scan QR Code: Lakukan pemindaian QR Code yang disediakan oleh petugas operator di kantor Dukcapil/kecamatan/kelurahan. Aktivasi Email: Cek email dari “SIAK Terpusat”, klik tombol aktivasi, dan masukkan kode aktivasi serta captcha di aplikasi.
Selanjutnya Login & PIN: Masukkan PIN yang anda buat untuk login, dan IKD siap digunakan. Selainjutnya Wajib Tatap Muka, Aktivasi tidak bisa dilakukan mandiri penuh; Anda wajib mendatangi petugas Dukcapil untuk pemindaian QR Code demi keamanan data. Gratis: Layanan aktivasi IKD tidak dipungut biaya alias gratis. Persyaratan: KTP-el fisik wajib dibawa saat ke kantor Dukcapil/Kecamatan.(**)

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
