KOLAKA,WN—Pemda Kolaka Sulawesi Tenggara(Sultra) menggelar uji kompetensi bagi calon direktur Rumah Sakit Bunyamin Guluh(RSBG) Kabupaten Kolaka Sulawesi Tenggara(Sultra). Uji kompetensi yang dilaksanakan selama dua hari berturut-turut mulai tanggal 12-13 Maret 2026. Hal itu dikemukakan Asisiten III Setda Kolaka Hj Andi Wahidah juga salah satu anggota tim penguji kompetensi calon Direktur RSBG Kolaka, saat dikonfirmasi media ini pada(14/3/2026) melalui WhatsAppnya.
Dikatakannya bahwa ada lima orang yang mendaftar untuk mengikuti uji kompetensi, diantaranya,
(1) H Agus Suyanto,SKM.,MKM juga mantan Pelaksana tugas(Plt) Direktur RSBG,
(2) dr. Julianita, Sp.THT mantan Plt Direktur
(3) drg. Hery Siswanto, Sp.perio
(4) dr. Andy Tenry
(5) dr. Haerul, batal mengikuti uji kompetensi karena alasan kesehatan sakit. “Kami tim kerja mengundang lima orang untuk Kami uji kompetensinya, tetapi ada satu yang mengundurkan diri karena sakit, sehingga yang mengikuti uji kompetensi sisa empat orang,”kata Wahidah juga mantan Kepala BKPSDM Pemda Kolaka.
Dikatakannya bahwa tim penguji yang melakukan uji kompetensi bagi calon direktur RSBG terdiri dari, Sekda Kolaka Akbar, Asisten III Setda Kolaka Hj Andi Wahidah, Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia(BKPSDM) Pemda Kolaka Ramli H Sima, Kepala Bappeda Kolaka Arifin Jamal Budi Dharma, dan Kadis Kesehatan Hj Sri Raoda.
Para calon direktur RSBG yang mengikuti uji kompetensi masing-masing membuat makalah, yang dipaparkan dihadapan tim penilai kinerja, tim penilai hanya melakukan penilaian secara menyeluruh, dan hasilnya juga akan diserahkan kepada Bupati Kolaka. “Insyah Allah hasil uji kompetensi ini membawa kebaikan untuk pelayanan rumah sakit yang lebih baik,”ujar Wahidah.(**)
